Refund Policy

We want to ensure that your time with us is enjoyable. Most of our deliveries go smoothly, but if there is an issue with a product, our refund policy ensures that customers are either delighted with the goods they ordered or receive a full refund. When you apply for the money-back guarantee, you can rest assured that you will get your money back.

You do not receive an item within 30 days of placing your order. Due to the COVID-19 problem, we have temporarily extended this time to 90 days. You receive an item that does not meet your requirements. Please note that if you submit an incorrect shipping address or do not accept or pick up your item after multiple failed delivery efforts, we only offer reshipments (no refunds).

How to get a free reshipping request

Before proceeding, please check our tracking tool to determine that the delivery is past due.

Notify us of the non-delivery by contacting customer care. Our first step will be to track down your shipment, and if the postal agency is unable to resolve the problem, we will either re-ship for free or provide a refund, depending on your decision.

It’s important to note that the refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, but it normally happens between 2 to 5 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Payment has not yet been verified.

If you have not yet paid for your order, you do not need to cancel it because it will be processed once payment is received. If your payment was denied, feel free to place a new order for the item and payment method of your choice.

  • Payment has been confirmed

You have two hours after placing your order to cancel it. Please contact our customer support team directly. Your order number will be required to cancel your order. The reason for cancellation is needed in order to evaluate our service.
