All orders processed from our website adhere to our current shipping policy, which applies to all our customers. We recommend you review our shipping policy before ordering a product from our website.

Shipment method and tracking

We provide free express shipment in all orders above $150 (subject to change as per our policy).
Once you ship your order, we will provide you with an order tracking code so that you can check the
whereabouts of your order.

Note: Express shipments are not trackable until the package reaches the destination country. You may
see “shipment not found” or “shipment error” when clicking the tracking id; it could mean the shipment
is on the way but yet to reach your destination country. In such cases, you may have to wait a couple of
days or contact our support team for more information.

Shipping Coverage

You agree to understand that we ship our products all across Canada. However, in some circumstances, we may deny delivering services in selected areas of the country. In some regions, our logistical partners do not provide services. We will notify you before you place the order if your area pin-code falls under unserviceable zones.

You agree and acknowledge that for accurate and timely delivery, we may ask or collect specific information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact number, email address, etc. You must ensure all data you provide is valid and sufficient to identify the accurate location of the delivery. You agree to bear the liability for any failed delivery due to your failure to provide complete and accurate information

Delivery Rules

We attempt to deliver the package at your mentioned address within the estimated timeframe as noted to you. In case you are not available to accept the delivery, our logistics partner may contact you or make another attempt to deliver the product to you. If you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order on our behalf. We may deduct any shipping or delivery charges you pay while processing the cancellation refund. You agree and acknowledge that we only deliver our products to the person whose name is mentioned in the shipping address.

If you have ordered the product, you must stay present at the moment of delivery. If you fail, we reserve the right to deny you a reshipment, cancellation or refund. While we try our best to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may get delayed in unfortunate circumstances, such  as: Logistical issues beyond our control Political disruption, riots, lockouts, government restrictions, etc. Unsuitable weather conditions Acts of god such as earthquakes, tornadoes or floods, etc. Other unforeseeable circumstances In such events, we will make an attempt to inform you via email or your registered mobile number. We disclaim all liabilities arising from failure of delivery pertaining to such unfortunate circumstances .
